You must also be sure that you select and purchase the course with "Espanol" listed in the course name. All of our courses are primarily in English so please be sure that the course you select says Espanol in the name if you are trying to purchase the Spanish version.

It is important to know that you can not pay for your course on the app. You will have to log in on an internet browser, either on your computer or phone, and pay for your course before you can use the app.

To access your class on the app, follow these steps:

  1. Once you have paid for your course, sign into your account on the internet browser on your phone or tablet.
  2. Click the app store icon at the bottom of the log in screen - either android or iphone. (You cannot search the Civics Academy Schoox app in the app store. It has to be downloaded from the link on our log in screen.)
  3. Once downloaded, use your username and password to sign into the app (avoid using the third-party option).
  4. Start taking your course.

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot Password" to reset your password. If you have any issues resetting it, complete the contact form and we will assist you.

Accessing your certificate of completion is slightly different on a computer or within the app.  Log in to your account and follow the steps below:

APP -

  •  Click the 3 lines for the dropdown menu on the top lefthand side of the screen.
  • Click the down arrow beside your name.
  • Click "My Profile"
  • Select "CERTIFICATES" from the available options.
  • Click the certificate image to download or print it.

Desktop/Internet Browser:

  • Click on the large circle button in the middle of the screen that says "Certificates" This will take you to your profile.
  • Click on the Certificates tab in the middle of the screen.
  • Click on the image of the certificate to print or download it.

Access code is optional for registration. If the court did not supply you with one, you do not need one.

If you have lost your access code simply type which city or county court ordered your class into our support chat. It should respond with the access code for that court. If not, try asking the chat in the form of a question. Make sure you type which city or county court ordered your class AND NOT which class you have been ordered to take. If that does not help, send us a message on our contact form.
