With over 30 years in behavioral health and court services, the vision behind Civics Academy comes from firsthand experience—working with people in crisis, on the margins, and at critical turning points. I’m Chip Morris, and I started this work to offer something better than just a mandate—something that could truly stick and help people move forward.
When my son Caleb joined the mission, he brought legal training, business insight, and fresh energy that helped us grow from a local effort into a national impact.
Together, we developed ProCivica®—a unique method that combines behavioral science and civic education. It's not about punishment. It’s about understanding the connection between choices, consequences, and change.
