This course explores the roots of anger, helps you identify your personal triggers and patterns, and equips you with effective techniques to manage angry feelings and prevent escalation. This course provides foundational anger management skills that can be crucial in avoiding behaviors associated with various offenses and meets the requirements of courts and agencies mandating a 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12-hour course and can be completed all at once, unlike the intensive course, which requires 12 weeks.


Upon completion of the Anger Management Awareness course, you will be able to:
